McLaren Automotive have hosted many Global Retailer conferences in the past but this year the request was for a fully virtual event, leveraging cutting-edge technology to engage their global audience. The event was to be hosted at Brooklands Studio, with the primary objectives being the reveal of two new cars and an in-depth, detailed walk-around of each model. Additionally, the conference needed a dynamic virtual background for the main presentation, creating an immersive and engaging experience for viewers. Key management presentations were to be filmed and edited to ensure a seamless "as live" conference.

The final product was to be delivered through a custom webpage with a built-in player platform, allowing attendees to interact with the content in real-time and on-demand.

We designed a state-of-the-art set at Brooklands Studio, meticulously crafted to showcase McLaren’s latest models. The setup included two prominent areas for the car reveals, each equipped with high-definition cameras and lighting to capture every detail of the vehicles.
