Bentley at Goodwood

The Look of Luxury

For 2023’s event Bentley wanted to go bigger, as befits the 20th anniversary celebrations for its iconic W12 engine. Impressive  stand, uplifted branding in the hospitality suite – and a huge dual focus on the company’s long heritage and its innovative new designs and technology.

Their brief was to build on the buzz created during their first visit to the festival in 2022, when we built a showcase for their luxury, high performance cars with just a few weeks’ notice.

That’s how we found ourselves building a 10m x 10m, two-storey modular stand among a sea of marquees in the area leading to the supercar paddock. We elevated a W12 engine and a car onto the first floor, visible across a wide area. We brought three more cars onto the lower level, including Speed Six Zero (the development vehicle for a new series of just 12 Speed Six supercars) in British racing green.

We added a backdrop in the form of a stunning LED screen and as a final touch we clad the stand exterior with gleaming bronze battens, a proud reference to the brand we also gave the hospitality suite in the Hill Pavilion the full Bentley treatment. One of the best things for us about this job? The great working relationship we have developed over the years with Bentley. With valuable input from the Bentley design team we more than delivered s stand to be proud of. They – and we – were over the moon with the finished result.

Both Bentley and their visitors and guests commented that the stand really stood out among the more simple designs, they also enjoyed the tranquillity away from the crowds in the of the Bentley space we created in hospitality so our work was done and the brief fulfilled!
