Rolling Stone awards

The launch of the music industry’s newest annual awards

Client: Can you take an iconic venue (The Roundhouse, London), create staging to showcase magical performance and party spaces, and deliver unforgettable experiences for award winners, guest stars and music industry professionals, and can you do all this within a 24-hour window??

Connect Live: Sounds like fun challenge…

We’re well-known for our work with luxury car brands, but the last year we have been fortunate to be welcomed into a whole new realm. Attitude Magazine is the UK’s best-selling publication in the LGBTQ+ community and in 2023 we staged Attitude 101 and the Attitude Pride Awards, taking them in fresh new directions to celebrate the stars and the heroes in the community.

So this new brief from Rolling Stone UK published by the same organisation was music to our ears. And we took on the lot: lighting, sound, video production and a sit-down dinner for 350 industry guests.

The staging and the huge video screens gave performers (including Louis Tomlinson and The Last Dinner Party) a setting where they could shine and awards recipients (including Sharon Osbourne, on behalf of rock god Ozzy) a place to be their fabulous selves. The after party went on into the small hours, who could ask for more than that?

Mission accomplished! The Rolling Stone UK Awards was a HUGE success, with widespread social media buzz before, during and after the event, with traditional media coverage continuing for weeks.
