To create an event to showcase the brand new Lotus Evija to VIP customers and guests before it’s official launch into the public domain. This meant we had to chose a event space that was inconspicuous but suitable to display the car in an effective and memorable way to both VIP guests and internal Lotus staff.

What we did

We chose a photographic studio space which gave the effect of a top secret location but with an edgy feel which worked as an exciting backdrop for the car. This was a two day event. The first day was used as a platform to introduce the new model to the Lotus retailer community with a conference followed by a group reveal. The following day was a number of 1:1 reveals for VVIPS and an evening event for 25 VIP guests with a champagne and canape reception. For the reveal itself we used a kabuki effect with a gauze hung from all four sides of a box truss which created an effective private screen for the car and allowed us to project the reveal footage directly onto the fabric, this coupled with a stunning lighting and laser show culminated in an impressive and powerful first reveal for the amazing Evija.
